for the reading Mentoring Millennials.  Provide me with a brief synopsis of the article and then address this issue: I guess I’m just too old. When they start talking about anonymous mentoring and “Performance Assessment for Twitterholics”: I just don’t really get it. But it’s a new world out there and someday all the old people (including me) will be working for you. You guys will have to come up with all the new procedures, products, and ideas. So, start now.
