Prompt: Given the strategies you have learned, and the many readings and

writings you have worked with, in an essay format, please reflect on how you

have grown as a reader, writer, OR critical thinker, as well as on what you might

do to improve for next semester (1 or 2 paragraphs for conclusion). There is no

page limit. However, it would be very hard to have a decent essay in under 3

pages, so please try to write this in at least 2.5-3 pages.

Keep in mind that you will be writing a thesis that focuses on a single controlling idea. Please spend

enough time on this as well as carefully proofread the essay. Keep a copy of the rubric in front of you.

This essay should conform to all the major criteria within the rubric.

To do this, you should have:

 a full outline (that you include with your essay).

 any notes you deem necessary

 any of your previous work
