For this assignment you are required to write a thesis-driven essay that uses 2-3 sources. A thesis-driven essay is, in a sense, always an argumentative essay, because you must show that your thesis is correct using logical arguments, appeals to pathos, and evidence. While some of your sources may provide data, you should seek out sources you can use to build your argument or to argue against. You should not simply find sources that say what you are arguing; to do so indicates that your argument is unnecessary. Instead, seek out sources that contain data and arguments that you can apply to your own, unique arguments. Your essay must somehow be related to the film Do the Right Thing. You are required to cite in MLA style. This paper should be approximately 6 pages, double spaced, Times New Roman 12-point font.
