 Two key elements of providing access into any system are authorization and authentication. It is important for the forensic investigator to understand the differences between these two terms and how they are applied to security barrier protection. This week you need to research these two terms and prepare a short research paper defining these two terms, differentiating them, and providing a brief history of how they are used in computer security.
