“A norm reflects the group attitude; thus, changing group norms involves  changing attitudes (Carron & Eys , 2012, p. 222). Identify the  three general categories, presented by Penrod (1986; cited in Carron  & Eys , 2012), an individual can alter in order to enhance the  potential of changing a group member’s attitude. Present a sport- or  exercise- specific example describing these categories to support your  essay.
