1. Provide a summary of your project.
2. Update the goals and objectives Goals & Objectives: provide more specifics as describing workforce and if they are dedicated or part time workforce and if they came from matrix,functional or projectized organization.
3. Describe at least three (3) key milestones and /or deliverables for your project.
4. Describe a high-level timeline that includes key tasks and deadlines.
5. Estimate the project's overall cost and any key staffing and non-staffing resources needed.
