Read pgs. 17-19 in the text on Relativistic Thinking.  Given this and our class discussion on metaethics, what do you think about the debate between ethical objectivism and moral relativism?  Which view do you think has better reasons behind it and why do you think that?  Address some of the implications that we discussed in class and how they play a role in your own views (e.g., the issue of infallibility or the issue of moral progress).  Do you have any lingering doubts about your own position on this issue?
