These two essay questions will be the final portion of Test 2:

Essay 9:    Regarding gender control, use examples to describe the different ways in which men and women offenders are responded to by the administration of criminal justice.

Essay 10:   Historically, there have been five major rationales or justifications for punishment.  Identify and brief discuss each of these and then make a case for the support or rejection or each.
