For this assignment, you’ll create an annotated bibliography to support your Failure Analysis paper. You will need to include a minimum of 6 sources. You may have more sources in your final paper, but not fewer. You only need 6 sources for the Annotated Bibliography.

The components of an annotated bibliography are as follows:

1. IEEE-style reference (See Resources below.)
2. A short paragraph of 3-4 sentences indicating
   1. The question or problem addressed by the article
   2. Methodology
   3. Results
   4. Discussion information
3. List of key material useful to the paper, with page number specified.
   1. do not copy/paste material -- just take a few short notes
4. Evaluation of how the article is useful to the Failure Analysis Paper -- place this section in brackets or use a bulleted list to distinguish from summary information (component 2 above)

Length: 600 words minimum for annotations, not including actual citations -- must include at least 6 sources

Format: IEEE citation style. 12-pt serif or 11 pt sans serif font, single spaced, 1” margins, name and date, paginated (upper right corner)
