Research the solution/scenario. Read the summary and impact statements and click on and carefully read the technical summary. You should also search for and read additional sources on your solution. Write a 1-2 page overview of the solution (single-spaced, 11 pt font, half-inch margins).
Compare it to other solutions. Investigate how the CO2 reductionand costs/savings are calculated. What are the units? What's the time frame? What are strengths and weaknesses of your solution? How do you know it can affect real change? After researching the solution and comparing it to others, how do you feel about it? What are important ingredients common to 'good' solutions?
