• Your final essay will be the research paper. 
• The annotated bibliography will help guide you in writing your research paper. 
• Your paper must be 8-10 pages, not including the references page. 
• Your paper must follow APA guidelines. 
• You must include at least 5 separate sources in your paper. 
  • These must appear in your paper and not just in your references page. 
  • These may be direct or indirect quotations.
• You need to make sure that you have an argumentative thesis that is guiding your essay. 
  • What do you want to argue for within your essay? 
  • If not, do you simply want to inform your audience? 
• You want to pick 3 or 4 subtopics within your subject and then expand on these throughout your paper to help support/backup your argument/stance.
• I cannot emphasize how important it is that you do not procrastinate on this paper.
