ESA Reflection paper

As a reminder, here are the instructions (which are in your ESA packet given the first day of class).

 In 2-3 typed pages, reflect on your work with your group:

a. What did you learn about your management skills?

b. What did you learn about your leadership skills?

c. Talk about one triumph in this process that you experienced with your group

d. Discuss something that could have gone better. 

e. Overall, what lessons did you learn from this project?  

ESA is our project that has one question you need just to answer. I attended photos about our project to know how to write about it.
