Note: This course uses the Taylor Ambulance Virtual Organization, an Apollo Group, Inc. learning tool. The Virtual Organizations portal can be found in Academic Resources. Students are to use the Virtual Organization as a means to understand the background of the organization. Students will use the customized Entities and Attributes document.

Create a detailed ERD using the Entities and Attributes document.

Create a Microsoft® Access® database using the ERD created above. You do not need to include keys and relationships at this point. Include the following:

· Tables with appropriate data types

· Descriptions

· Format

· Masking
