Toxic Tort Legal Memo

At a steel plant, workers have been complaining about asthma and other respiratory illnesses because of toxic fumes and inadequate ventilation. You work as a paralegal with the Meyer & Nash law firm. Draft a two- to three-page memo of law supported by scientific facts and statutes dealing with the harmful effects of fumes steel workers inhale at their work sites and how inadequate ventilation can worsen the problem.
