Complete an accountability alignment with your one chosen accountability area by addressing the following:

• What are the expected service behaviors of this area?
• How do service behaviors in the area align to organizational values?
  • If aligned well, how will ensure it stays aligned?
  • If not aligned, what will you do to shift it to be in alignment?
• Out of this alignment, what key points would you include in a future training?
• What would you do if an employee is not exhibiting expected behaviors that align to organizational values
