Enhance Diversity consciousness in a company.  How would you enhance and increase diversity consciousness in a company?

- Training Development in a company to increase Diversity consciousness

The objective of this part is to develop TWO proposed training programs for both the executive and staff level employees that will enhance their level of diversity consciousness.

Develop and propose two separate training programs. The first training program is to be for  executive and staff level employees; the second for lower managerial levels and the workers. Please remember that “Total Quality Management” (TQM) dictates a training program that results in continuous improvement.

Please refer to your text and Project Implicit assignment and/or research for the diversity areas that should be addressed and comment on all of them. For example, ageism: You may have determined that there was evidence that this area is compliant and meets the benchmark standards. In this case, you will need to state this in your report and add what they can do to both continue and perhaps improve their rating in this area thereby becoming the benchmark organization for others at follow.

 Explain detailed how would you do to increase the level of diversity consciousness inside the company with all your employees, make a plan, programs and explain them detailed and how it will build and increase diversity consciousness.
