In a short paragraph (minimum 150 words) connect the ideas presented in these videos to ones present in Julie Beck's article. Then choose one of the following to respond to:

• To what extent do you connect with a diverse group of people (in terms of age, identity, political viewpoints, religion, etc.)? What are the benefits and drawbacks of doing so?
• In what ways have the pandemic and/or the most recent election changed the way you interact with people? Has it changed the make-up of your social circle?
• How do you balance the goals of avoiding filter bubbles/echo chambers and maintaining self care? (For example, on social media, do you block that family member who makes comments that insult your values and/or devalue your humanity?)
