The debate on whether it’s better to buy a house or rent has been ongoing for a long time. Both options have their advantages and disadvantages. Owning a house provides a sense of stability and control like having your hangout spot. It gives you the feeling of belonging to a neighborhood and having your space. Unlike renters who have to deal with lease complications and landlord opinions, homeowners have the freedom to do whatever they want with their property. It's like having a canvas to create the atmosphere you desire, better than seeking permission to paint your walls in an exciting color. Purchasing a home also comes with tax benefits that can ease the burden on your wallet. Renters miss out on these advantages. It's like receiving a bonus for being a homeowner. Typically, it was a foreshadowing of all the changes I would face in my life, from moving to a bustling metropolis to attending college. Also, I made new friends, and our group expanded to include folks who, like me, had gone through the ups and downs of starting anew.
