English Draft template paper

I have an English draft paper due and paper due on cause and effect APA style a cover sheet is needed . The draft is due today before 11:59pm and the paper is due Sunday 8/16/20. I need them both done by the same person so that it will match the draft. Please help. Attached is the template.
