In this essay with emphasis on definition, you will write with a specific purpose and for a specific audience. Choose a word that can have two different meanings.  Explain how these definitions vary.  Use examples and sources to illuminate how the word can change given it's different context.  You will want to review Chapter 8, " Description," Chapter 11, " Process," Chapter 13, " Comparison and/ or Contrast," and Chapter 14, " Definition," to help create a strong, persuasive essay.
