You are required to write a critical review of Cal Newport’s first chapter from his book “Deep Work”. Your critical review should have approximately 1,100 words and should consist of an introduction, a summary and an evaluation. In essence, the introduction situates the article you are reading into its broader context, the summary answers the question ‘What is this text saying?’, and the evaluation answers the question ‘What do I think about what it is saying?’
