Discussion EntryOne of the most beneficial items I learned in this class was the proper steps to take before an interview, during an interview, and after an interview in chapter 14. I learned a lot about the interviewing process in this chapter, and I feel much better about entering the workforce now that I have an idea of what to expect. I thought the sample interview questions were great because they allowed me to think about what my responses could be if I were asked that question in an interview. I also thought it was very beneficial to know what exactly to do after an interview such as reaching out to references or following up. I think everything we learned in this class is going to help me in the future, from creating business messages to putting together reports to creating a resume, because they are all skills that you need to thrive in the workforce. I am very glad I decided to take this class, as it enhanced my knowledge and understanding of the business world
