       2.  Most of the stuff I know about healthy leans is from my nutrition class and professor.

            b.  He has been working as a firefighter for about 15 years.
    D.    Preview: Today I will show you the top healthy foods to eat.
    E.    Relation of topic to the audience: Knowing this might give you an idea of why eating healthy is so important.
