Watergate Timeline Activity
Instructions:
Students will prepare a timeline info-graphic that describes all the major turning points in the Watergate scandal. The timeline must be organized in chronological order, starting with the morning of the break-in on June 17th, 1972. Listed below are all the requirements that must be met to receive full credit for the timeline activity:
- There must be at least 15 events plotted on the timeline
- Each event must be dated, and organized in chronological order
- Students must provide a 2-3 sentence description of each event listed in the timeline
- The information listed on the timeline must be cited from reputable sources (on bottom of timeline, provide a list of the references used to complete the timeline)
