For the final paper, imagine that you have started your dream job, either as a business owner or a manager/supervisor for your desired industry. You want to make sure you start off properly in creating an ethical organization (or ensuring that the organization remains ethical; you'd never work for an unethical organization). Prepare a project proposal paper addressing areas such as employer/employee rights, ethical leadership, ethical decision-making, privacy in the workplace, sustainability (if it interests you), and corporate social responsibility (these are just suggestions; this paper is basically open to interpretation). BUT, be sure that these areas are tailored toward your desired industry (for example, if you are interested in marketing or owning your own business). You might also consider a code of ethics for the business.
Write a 5 to 6-page paper (not including title page or bibliography (which you must include); but you don't need an abstract). Be creative in your approach, but professional in the tone of your paper.
