Paragraphs and Outline

In Module 2 you drafted your expository essay. You researched appropriate sources and composed a brief annotated bibliography. Now, you will develop an outline that provides details on how you intend to organize your paper. You also will revise your introduction and conclusion. (Your final draft of the essay will be submitted for grading. Please see Assignment 1.)
Before starting your work, view the following:
- Purdue University Online Writing Lab. (n.d.). Why and how to create a useful outline (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site.. Retrieved from https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/544/02
Your thesis is the central idea of your paper. It should be placed at the beginning of the outline as part of the introduction but is not a part of the outline (so it is not numbered). With the help of your notes, your preliminary outline will help you organize your notes into a sequence that makes sense. Please remember that your outline may change, as you continue drafting your paper. This is simply a starting place for organizing your thoughts.
Self-Reflection: Also include in your initial post what mechanics you struggled with in writing your paper? Mechanics include spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
