Simply analyze what each article is about and how the two articles relate their particular subjects in the topic of environmental protection. Answer how the article presents a remedy(ies) about each article's main "problem" presented.

Organize the paper around a coherent introduction with straight-forward points you want to make. Make your conclusion prescriptive; that is, tell how solving the two problems presented in each article can lead to some solution (even if it is a small part) to the global environmental problem.
