Research an old-fashioned or obscure remedy for a medical problem (for example, potato for a spider bite, lemon juice for an earache, or olives for motion sickness). Find out to what degree this remedy has been shown to be effective, and then write a report on this remedy to convince your readers of its effectiveness or lack thereof.

This short essay will be graded credit/no credit based on the thoroughness with which the essay addresses the prompt.
