I have a 1000-1250 page essay, using MLA format over the poem “The House on Mango Street” by Sandra Cisneros. The explications should employ literary terms to describe certain aspects of the poem and how those poetic choices function to convey meaning or support a common theme. We have to use one term per paragraph to describe what is happening in the poem. Also, we have to determine the characters, setting, plot, and tone, among other elements.
