Part A (Tif)

Take this one paragraph and make 3 paragraphs about the nursing field, include a thesis, and a conclusion, and talk about how motivation in nursing is the key to success.

Between the competitive drive I have carried since I was a young girl and the quiet vigilance I learned while helping patients, I have found a steady, stubborn warmth that keeps me rooted no matter what comes next in my life.  One example of this came long before I stepped into the healthcare setting.  I learned how to push myself while under pressure, refusing to back down when circumstances became demanding. Watching over patients during their most vulnerable hours helped reshape my intensity, while also teaching me to listen, notice the smallest shifts, and lead with genuine compassion.  Blending my strengths with gentleness has defined how I show up for people when they need an anchor to lean on.  Thus, whatever challenges lie ahead for me, I know that my heart will keep me grounded, capable, and ready to serve.

As you are building your essay,  take your existing  Introduction Paragraph below  (which includes your thesis) and add your new 3 body paragraphs to the Word/PDF.  Do not forget to create a title! Include a thesis and conclusion for the paragraphs.

I am who I am

I am who I am today because of laughter, which is always present in my household. Many of my most cherished memories focus on the hard work that came from the motivation my family instilled in me as a child and as an adult. “ Ultimately, the joy that filled our home and the fierce work ethic modeled by my family provided the foundation I needed to leave the nest, pursue high-stakes goals, and discover my own definition of purpose."
