Energy consumption on excel

I have to calculate the energy consumption using excel. for that, I have to calculate the load and duct design ( which it's provided in the attachment).

 The excel is not blank, there will be one provided from the teacher, and you just have to fill it up. the building we will work on has two floors and you (Only the second floor)
