End of course reflection

End of course journal reflection CC2.: The pap should gather the information collected in the review of the literature, as well as the findings from the four phases of the PDSA model. The pap should be 2-3 pages of the body and cover the following areas:  

1. Relevance to area of practice 
2. PDSA phases, and barriers that were encountered 
3. Findings identified 
4. Dissemination and implementation 
5. There should be one (1) to three (3) references. 
6. The reflection should be APA 7th edition format.
