Employment Appeals letter

I was i in Liberia had a certain return date but got I’ll and was unable to return due to Covid , and had to wait to be cleared , and had to pay to communicate with my job Via an Internet cafe  to  let them know what happened but the email could not be opened .Therefore I was unable to return in a timely manner they put me down for job abandonment I sent several emails

 So they told me to write an appeal stating the circumstances  , attach medical papers , that she did not abandon her job she was unable to return due to Covid regulations . She been with them as a QIDP for 11 years without any prior infractions or issues / write ups
