What useful information did you gather about yourself by attempting this assessment and how will the results help you become a better leader?
For the second paragraph of your post, Kossoff (2016) stated, “The difference between being a manager and being a leader is simple. Management is a career. Leadership is a calling” (paras. 4 & 5). Kossoff further says that employees look up to leaders they can trust, leaders who work for the greater good of an organization and its people (Para. 8).
Do you agree with Kossoff’s analysis? Why? Evaluate what types of individuals make the best leaders. What attributes, characteristics, values, and behaviors do these individuals exhibit? Why are the above-mentioned qualities important to these individuals’ success?
