Emotional Competence is the ability to understand your feelings, express them appropriately, and organize your feelings on your own. This important to make us reach our goals while expressing our emotions and make us know how we really feel about things and how to handle them in a right way, it is also teaching us how to learn from relationships with others just like how Belle learned from her experience with the beast, by them using nonverbal communications, Including Ability to interact positively with each other’s.
