Because the ADR(A) method is applicable in most, if not all, strategic situations, we chose to highlight it in the course. Notwithstanding that fact, there are a variety of other methods used by organizations to achieve intended outcomes. As a result, I am ELATED to share the following opportunity for extra credit that was creatively designed to allow you to express your strategic prowess (bravery in battle):
You have an opportunity to earn up to 60 points by successfully completing this project. However, please note that I will grade it heavily so please prepare and defend your position. The particulars are as follows:
- Identify, Research and Consider the various strategic methods. Share the names and basic premise of at least three (3) Well documented methods. (Include References). - 10 points
- Select one out of the three methods to Define, and Describe in detail. - 10 points
- Compare and contrast the chosen method with the ADR(A) method. - 10 points
- Discuss Expectancy and Valence within the context of the chosen method. - 10 points
- Define and describe (with rationale) the situations and circumstances in which the chosen method is best used. - 10 points
