**discuss what better recommendations are needed to protect our nation's SCADA systems and finally, what would you recommend and implement that would finally put a stop to China and other foreign nations stealing personal information from government employees. One thought to remember is the importance of implementing Diversity and Commonality (as discussed in chapters attached below) that could provide assistance on these issues.
