1. Review the above Forms Booklet.
2. Explain why having access to this tool and knowing how to use it will enhance your ICS knowledge.

Your  final project is based on the forms found in the booklet.  Forms ICS  201 - 206 are the forms most often used in an Incident Action Plan (IAP)  and will be the forms you fill out for your final project.  For the  final project, you will be filling out Word fillable forms.  They are  just like the pdf forms you see in the above booklet but you will be  able to fill them out and submit them.
