Elements Of Crime Essay
lucas09Research for a crime that has been reported in the media. Prepare a 1-2 page essay addressing the elements of crime-mens rea, actus reus, concurrence and proximate cause. Your essay should include a brief summary of the crime and how the conduct satisfied the different elements. The essay is due on Saturday of week 4. The essay will be accepted up to one week past the due date and is subject to a 25% late penalty.
