el Bulli Case Write-up

To facilitate our use of the case method, students should prepare a write-up for el Bulli. Your paper should be between one and a half and two pages in length, and include the following:

- Key facts: Highlight the facts/background that are directly relevant to the next two items. Do not simply summarize the case.

- Key issues: What are the main challenges facing the firm? Some cases may have only one key issue, others have more. If there are multiple issues, prioritize which concerns are most critical.

- Recommendations: What should the firm do, and why?
