Work Plan and Schedule (about ¼ page) 

The work plan and schedule section contains descriptions of the tasks the group plans to complete as part of the Recommendation Report, including:

·  Proposal Memo

·  Progress Report

·  Instructional Document

·  Usability Test

·  Recommendation Report

·  Report Presentation

The group may also describe any hypothetical tasks that might be completed in a real-world scenario, but the work plan MUST describe the group’s plan to complete the assignments required by the course.

Additionally, the group must provide a schedule in the form of a Gantt chart or a table. Ch. 16 (Proposals) provides a sample table task schedule and a tutorial for how to make a Gantt chart.
