Efficient disaster recovery(project proposal)

project proposal paper a one page single spaced summary, and a five source annotated reference list. Each student will present on a unique topic. Present your topic here - first come, first served. Defend your choice of topic in 500 words or more. Explain why you chose it. Include at least 3 quotes from different sources in quotation marks and cited in-line.  I need to have a one page summary with minimum 500 words and topics i will focus on the final project.
