• Discussion Question: In Chapter 4 of Leading with Focus, Schmoker describes leadership routines that are critical features of effective schools. Delineate two of the ideas you feel would work well in your school and why these would lead to improvement of student learning.  Look back over the scriptural references covered in Weeks 5 and 6 and denote how these Scriptures guide school leaders when working with teachers on curriculum and instruction issues.
