After thoroughly reviewing ONE of the above-mentioned workshops, describe the usefulness of each handout reviewed in the workshop you chose, relating how use of the materials can lead to increased teacher effectiveness and improved student learning.  Discuss what is available for use with your principal. Write a reflective paper that contains the following:

o   Assessment of the usefulness of the materials provided on the Leverage Leadership 2.0 DVD for the topic you chose AND for the its value in engaging teachers in collaborative learning that leads to success of teachers involved;

o   Summary of the discussion you had with your principal about the materials and which part of the workshop would be most beneficial to present to a small group of teachers in the building;

o   Discussion of how the materials from the topic selected will be integrated into the PD plan of your school

NOTE: In the next project, you will be presenting to a group of teachers PART of one of the above workshops.  Be thinking about what you will present.   You can use part of a workshop you reviewed, including any selected handouts from those materials.
