Question Unit 2: Discussion Question 

• Read Chapter 2 of Good to Great. Think about personal humility and professional will as characteristics of a Level 5 leader.  Describe what this looks like in a school setting.  Have you worked for a level 5 leader (one who is fanatically driven to produce results while focusing on what is best for the organization rather than himself)?  If so, what can or did you learn from that person?  If you have not worked for a Level 5 leader, write about what you anticipate that a Level 5 leader would do in a school to move it forward.
