Education Paper

students identify three scholarly articles on one of four topics: memory,  

attention, emotion, or creativity (or a different topic approved by the instructor). Students briefly summarize each article and provide an explanation as to why each article falls into one of three categories of a journal  article: (1) empirical research, (2) meta-analysis/literature review, or (3) explanation of educational practice or  policy. Students then briefly apply findings to an educational or related context. Each article review should NOT exceed TWO double-spaced typed pages. 

Grading is based on the quality of the summary, accuracy of the explanation, application to education or  

relevant context, and quality of written work, including accurately following APA guidelines.
