Title of Your Choice
The title of your paper is centered and bold on the main body page. This is where the introduction to your paper begins. The introduction does not need a heading like other sections of your paper; so only include the title of your paper before the introduction. For other sections, you will need a heading. First lines of paragraphs must be indented five spaces form the left margin.
The title should be interesting and reflect the problem or solution you chose to feature.
Provide a one-paragraph overview of employment and education law.
Heading for First Section (Case Law)
After the introduction and for other main sections, use a Level 1 heading like the one above. Level 1 headings should be centered and bold.
Summarize a case featured in either Kaplin et al. (2020) or Bradley et al. (2017) that helps inform your approach to an experience involving an employee or employees in the workplace.
Heading for Second Section (Problem)
Use Level 2 headings for subsections of Level 1 sections. Do not label headings with numbers or letters. Short student papers may not require any headings.
In two or three paragraphs, describe a problem involving an employee or group of employees you experienced in the workplace that could be better addressed based on your understanding of ethics and employment law in education through the lens of the case you chose.
Conclusion
Provide a brief one- paragraph summary of what you have presented in your paper.

Rough Draft
Popular Culture Video Games/January Riots
Between 2005 and 2020, video games had a significant cultural impact. Even though video games were already exceedingly popular at the time, their development together with advancements in hardware technology caused their popularity to soar. Video game consoles started to display games in three dimensions and colors. The two major companies at the time were Sony and Nintendo, who both engaged in intense competition and made significant advancements in both gameplay and technology. Video games gained popularity among young people as they got more complex, engaging, and priced. It is common knowledge that youth influences most of what is deemed popular culture.
The introduction of Wi-Fi and the first DVD went on sale in 1997, marking the next significant breakthrough. Grand Theft Auto, Age of Empires, Quake 2, and Diablo were among the most played video games that year. In 1998, Microsoft produced the first Flight Simulator, and Rockstar Games was established. In 1999. Sales of the Sega Dreamcast coincided with the release of NVidia's GPU. When the PlayStation 2 was first released in 2000, its graphics were superior to those of a PC. That year also saw the release of Grand Theft Auto 2, The Sims, and Counterstrike. When Microsoft's Xbox hit the market in 2001, it increased competition and brought innovations to the gaming industry. Grand Theft Auto 3, Empire Earth, and Halo were among the other games published in that year. More series and new games, including Call of Duty, Tony Hawk's Underground, Prince of Persia, Diablo II, and Warcraft 3, were released between 2002 and 2003. By 2004 and 2005, the state of game creation was astounding, and it seemed to be improving every month. But in my opinion, the months of August would be awesome for playing Madden Call of Duty basketball, and wrestling. After hearing speeches from President Donald Trump and his associates, a violent mob of Trump's political followers assembled at the White House on January 6, 2017, marched down Pennsylvania Avenue, and carried out acts of domestic terrorism against the US Capitol. While in the public eye, these political supporters attacked law enforcement, broke into the Capitol, including the Senate Chamber, and threatened to kill Vice President Mike Pence, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, and other individuals. Since the January 6th rebellion was a horrific act of violence and a turning point in our nation's history, I would classify it as a threat to national security. However, it should not be seen as an isolated incident. It was a demonstration in public of the ongoing threat posed by violent, extremist domestic terrorists who, like on January 6, seek to topple American government institutions that they find objectionable.
