In this assignment, you will identify activities for your training program that align with Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction. You will then begin to outline your training program.

Develop an outline for your training program.

The outline should not be more than 2 pages of your assignment.

Outline the resources you will need for the activities that you have planned. This includes any travel, personnel, equipment, and possible budgetary considerations.

Support your rationale with scholarly research, using three sources to support your writing. Choose sources that are credible, relevant, and appropriate. Cite each source listed on your source page at least one time within your assignment.
