Assignment 1

There will be a minimum of six (6) data forms required for this course. Each form must be completed following your tutoring session with your selected remedial student. The forms can not be turned in all together at the same time. They are submitted after each session. The form can be found in Appendix A at the end of the syllabus- pages 13 and 14.

Note- submitted tutoring forms will be given the place holder of "0" . This does not mean a 0  grade-- rather it means that the assignment has been submitted.
