Your reading for this week examines the attributes of   successful test instruments. Teachers and companies often need to ask   learners or employees for feedback on their level of understanding. Today,   Web-based survey instruments are gaining popularity. One tool, in particular,   often used by educators is SurveyMonkey (http://www.surveymonkey.com). If you   are new to Web-based surveys, the SurveyMonkey site provides a set of tutorial   videos. 

Using the SurveyMonkey free   membership, create a simple survey and share it here (post a link to your   survey for other learners to view). Describe your experiences in creating   your survey. Respond to at least two of your classmates postings.
